The FlowState Project Number

One number. Never a name.

Every project in FlowState gets its own six-digit Project Number. It is how you sign in, how your project stays separate from every other project, and how everything about your work stays findable in one place. No email address on the door. No name on the door. Just your number and the password you choose.

PROJECT Nº 248 106 A sample number, shown so you can see the shape of it.

One number, never a name

The number belongs to the project, not to a person and not to an inbox.

One number per project
Run one project and you hold one number. Run three projects and you hold three, each opening only its own home, its own numbers, and its own files. Nothing mixes.
Your login identity
You sign in with your number. Your name and your email address never appear on the sign-in, so nothing personal sits on a public door waiting to be found.
Separated by design
Different numbers mean different homes, different crews, and different records. Your project is yours alone, from the first day to the last report.
One key for everything
The same number names your sign-in, your client home, and your project's Drive folder. Say the number and the whole project is findable in one lookup.

How you sign in

Three steps, once. After that it is just your number and your password.

1
Your welcome email arrives
It carries your Project Number and a Create password button. One tap, choose your password, and your home is ready.
2
Sign in with your number
From then on it is your number plus your password. Set up with Google instead? The Continue with Google button is right there on the same screen.
3
Forgot your password?
The reset goes to the email your welcome arrived at. Your email is the recovery anchor. It is never the login.
Your number lives in four places: your welcome email, your saveable project card, the top of your client home, and the name of your project's Drive folder. Four homes, one number, hard to lose.

Your client home

Sign in and you land in a home scoped to that one project. Nobody else's work. Nobody else's numbers.

Your grade
A plain health grade for your system, part by part. It doubles as our work list: the weakest part is what we build next for you, and you watch it move.
Your numbers
The counts that matter for your project, kept current, each one traceable to where it came from.
Your crew
The named agents working your project, with their jobs and their honest status. Live means live. Planned means planned.
Your doors
Buttons, not buried links: your workspace, your dashboards, your files, and your site, each one tap from home.
Needs you
A short list of the things only you can do, written plainly, and clearable by you when they are done. Clearing one moves our work forward the same day.
Activate buttons
Every service in the catalog sits one tap away. Activating a service starts its build and the automations behind it, right from your home.
Flow State: everything on
Prefer all of it at once? The Flow State level activates every service in the catalog for your project. The build-out is sequenced over time, strongest first: you get all of it, and it takes some time to build all of it.

Your number earns

Your Project Number is also your referral identity. There are no separate affiliate codes to apply for and no special links to keep track of. The number you already have does both jobs.

20%
Lifetime recurring, on anything they ever buy
When you refer someone, their new project records your number as its source. Every purchase they make, for as long as they keep buying, pays you 20%. Your earnings are tracked to your number and shown in your client home, next to everything else about your project.

It teaches itself down

The same system repeats at every level of the network. A partner holds a number, and issues numbers to their own clients in exactly the same way.

BOOKKEEPER Nº 314 208 → issues to their clients → CLIENT Nº 314 551 CLIENT Nº 314 587 Sample numbers.
The bookkeeper example
A bookkeeping firm holds its Project Number. Each of the firm's own clients gets a number too, issued from the firm's block: the same sign-in, the same separation, the same home waiting for them. One system, learned once, working at every scale.
COMPANY Nº 412 208 → agents get sub-numbers → AGENT Nº 412 208-07 AGENT Nº 412 208-12 Sample numbers.
One company, a sub-number for every agent
A company holds one number, and every agent under it gets a sub-number of it. The sub-number carries the company's number inside it, so anyone can see at a glance which house an agent belongs to, while the agent's own work stays separate. Every number and every sub-number gets its own folder: the company's folder, each agent's folder, and a folder for every client under them. It is the shape a real estate brokerage uses with its agents, the shape Benefit Connect companies use with their agents, and the shape a campaign uses with its candidates.

Security, honestly

No fine print and no magic words. Here is exactly how the number protects you, and what it does not do.

The number identifies. The password unlocks.
Your number says which project. It is not a secret, and it is never the key by itself. Your password is the key, and a number alone opens nothing.
Issued from one registry
Numbers are handed out in blocks, never in a guessable sequence, so nobody can count the network or guess a neighbor's number into existence.
Never reused
When a project closes, its number retires with it. It is never handed to anyone else, ever, so an old welcome email can never collide with a new project.
Nothing personal on the door
Because sign-in runs on a number, your name and your email stay off the surface entirely. What is not shown cannot be scraped, guessed, or leaked.
When your project starts, your number is the first thing you get.

Everything else in FlowState hangs off it: your home, your crew, your files, and your earnings. Already have yours?
